Non-returnable Items

  • All products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind. We only offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
